More Help for Distressed Orange County Homeowners – NACA Save the Dream Tour

NACA – Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America – is having its Save the Dream Tour at the Los Angeles Convention Center until Monday October 4, 2010.

NACA offers free services to distressed homeowners who are endeavoring to obtain a loan modification and save their home.

According to NACA’s website, they have legal agreements with all of the major lenders which allows them to help restructure or obtain a forbearance for loans.

For more information on this process, please see NACA Save the Dream Tour

According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, in the second quarter of 2010, 13.97% of mortgages in the U.S, are in default or in foreclosure. According to Core Logic, 1 in 13 Orange County mortgages are more than 90 days past due.

This means that huge numbers of Orange County homeowners are in danger of losing their home to foreclosure.

Disclaimer: I have no personal knowledge of this company and provide this merely as information on another possible option for distressed homeowners.

If you would like to save your home and have not been able to obtain a loan modification, this might be worth looking into further to prevent your distressed home from becoming another foreclosure.
