Below is the current report for Huntington Beach Homes for sale:
The real estate market in Huntington Beach has been adding inventory slowly over the last few months, with a few small dips along the way. If inventory continues to increase, this may begin to help the competition buyers have been experiencing, especially at the lower price levels.
We are still seeing significantly more short sales in escrow than bank owned foreclosures or REOs indicating that short sales are still making up a large part of the market and that they are still taking a significant amount of time to close when they are successful. Huntington Beach real estate looks pretty stable, and it is good news that inventory is coming on board. That is the problem up here. Too many buyers and too few homes.
