Growth Leader Week 16 – Follow up, Follow up, Follow up

Well, I am now several months into Growth Leader, and I’m finding it a helpful tool in my business. 

I’m sure you’ve all heard that follow up is one of the most important things in our business.  Keeping in touch with our clients allows us to build trust and relationships, but how many people actually shine in doing this when they have dozens or even hundreds of prospects?

It becomes time consuming and monotonous, but that doesn’t take away from the importance of doing it.

With Growth Leader, much of the follow up work is done for me.  It continues to generate new homes and keeps me in front of the prospects.  In addition, I can see when the prospects are coming back, what they are viewing, when their preferences change.  These things help me prioritize and pay attention especially when somebody starts to come back daily to look at homes.

I find that Growth Leader is a time saver, relationship builder and guider as to where I can most effectively spend my prospecting time.
