Animal Medical Center is Great for Inexpensive Orange County Veterinary Care

Animal Medical is a veterinarian located at 16540 Harbor Boulevard, Suite A, Fountain Valley.  The phone number is 714-531-1155.

They are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to noon.

Animal Medical is a walk-in clinic and appointments are neither needed nor accepted except for surgeries.  Surgeries require an appointment.

The biggest advantage of Animal Medical over other veterinarians is the price.  The prices for vaccinations, spaying and neutering are some of the least expensive around Orange County.

The biggest downside to Animal Medical is the wait to see the veterinarian or the tech.  I have waited as long as two hours to be seen.  The best suggestion to avoid this is to come in on a weekday about 10 minutes before they open.  I have found that this cuts down on the wait time significantly.  If you come in on a weekend, expect to wait for quite some time.

If you are looking to save money on your veterinary bill, Animal Medical is a great option for those in Orange County.

Inexpensive Orange County Veterinarian

I have seeing varying reviews of Animal Medical Center stating that they do not seem to care about their patients or that they don’t have great customer service.  I don’t think that either is accurate.  I think the truth is that their prices brings a great many people into their clinic and that they are always far busier than any other veterinarian I have visited.

When my puppy had an allergic reaction to a vaccine, they took him back immediately after I arrived to be treated.  This does not lead me to believe this is a veterinary clinic that doesn’t care.

This results in very busy staff who are working to take care of their clients and patients as quickly as possible.

The bottom line is that Animal Medical Center is a great deal that requires some patience for waiting and/or planning to arrive early to avoid long lines.
